Research Peptide Testing & Verification Policy
Sterling Research supplies high-purity research peptides for laboratory research and analytical applications. Our research compounds are intended exclusively for scientific investigation and, where applicable, may be supported by independent analytical testing and batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Our objective is to provide transparent analytical information relating to supplied research materials while maintaining consistent product standards across our range.
Independent Laboratory Testing
Where applicable, selected research peptide batches may be submitted to independent third-party analytical laboratories.
Analytical testing may be performed to verify:
- Compound identity
- Quantified compound content (mg)
- Analytical purity
Testing is performed to provide analytical information regarding the specific batch submitted for analysis. The analytical results reflect only the scope of testing carried out on the submitted sample.
Blend Products
Products containing multiple research compounds may be analysed using different analytical methods than single-compound products.
Where applicable, testing may verify the identity and quantified content of the declared components. The scope of analysis for blend products may differ from that of individual compounds and should always be interpreted according to the analytical report provided for the specific batch.
Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Where available, Sterling Research may provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) to offer transparency regarding compound identity, quantified content and analytical purity.
Certificates of Analysis may include information such as:
- Product identification
- Batch number
- Quantified compound content
- Analytical purity
- Testing and analysis dates
Each Certificate of Analysis applies only to the batch tested and only to the analytical parameters included within that report.
The availability of a Certificate of Analysis does not imply that every possible analytical parameter has been tested.
Analytical results relate solely to the specific sample submitted for testing and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future batches unless those batches have been independently analysed.
Batch Consistency
Sterling Research aims to maintain consistency between batches supplied by its manufacturing partners.
Where available, batch identifiers and corresponding analytical reports may be provided to support product transparency and batch traceability.
Research Use Only
All products supplied by Sterling Research are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
They are not intended for:
- Human consumption
- Veterinary use
- Medical use
- Therapeutic use
- Diagnostic use
- Clinical application
Purchasers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of these research materials for their intended laboratory applications.
Acceptance
By purchasing products from Sterling Research, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Analytical testing is limited to the scope described within the applicable Certificate of Analysis.
- Testing methods and the scope of analytical reports may vary between products and batches.
- Certificates of Analysis should be interpreted solely according to the analytical results reported for the tested batch.
- The absence of particular analytical data within a Certificate of Analysis should not be interpreted as confirmation that such testing has been performed.
Transparency
Sterling Research is committed to providing transparent analytical information for research peptides supplied for laboratory use.
Where available, customers may review batch-specific Certificates of Analysis relating to supplied research materials to verify compound identity, quantified content and analytical purity.
