How and when Sterling Peptides dispatches and delivers your order. Every parcel is sent by tracked service in discreet packaging.
Scope
This policy covers the dispatch and delivery of orders placed on sterling-research.com with Sterling Peptides, the trading name of Sterling Research Group Ltd. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Order processing
- Orders are processed once full payment has been received
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled if additional verification is required

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. They may vary by location, courier capacity and other factors outside our control.
International shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring the products can be lawfully imported into your country.
Customs, duties and import rules
Customs and border controls are governed exclusively by the laws and authorities of each country. Sterling Peptides has no control over, and cannot intervene in, the inspection, clearance, holding or release of any parcel.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- We are not liable for parcels held, returned, seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities, and such orders are not eligible for a refund or reshipment
- By placing an order, you agree to comply with the import laws of your country
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided, or to a safe place or person you have nominated. Courier tracking showing a confirmed delivery will be treated as proof of delivery.
Delays and missing parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, incorrect delivery details or events outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please contact us with your order number. We will help open an investigation with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us for this reason may incur an additional cost to resend.
