7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with Sterling Peptides until full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier to:

  • The delivery address supplied at checkout;
  • A nominated safe place;
  • A neighbour;
  • An authorised third party designated by the recipient.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.


8. Lost, Delayed & Delivered Parcels

Where a parcel is delayed or reported missing, Sterling Peptides will investigate with the relevant courier before issuing any replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only after the courier confirms loss.

If a refund or replacement is issued and the original parcel is subsequently delivered, the customer agrees to:

  • Return the duplicate goods; or
  • Pay for the duplicate goods.

Where a parcel is marked as delivered but reported stolen, Sterling Peptides may request supporting documentation before considering any goodwill replacement.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

10. Returns & Refunds

Returned parcels resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer may incur administrative costs.
