Description
CJC-1295 no DAC (mod GRF 1-29) research peptide
CJC-1295 no DAC, also known as modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four amino acid substitutions make it more resistant to enzymatic breakdown than native GRF(1-29). Unlike the DAC version, it has no albumin-binding group, so it has a short half-life. In the laboratory it is studied in research on GHRH receptor activity and signalling.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 10mg vial. CJC-1295 is not a licensed medicine in the UK. We supply it strictly as a research reagent.

Storage and handling
Store the lyophilised powder at −20 °C, sealed and protected from light and moisture. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation. Prepare solutions according to your laboratory’s validated protocols, using appropriate PPE. Bacteriostatic water is available separately for laboratory use.
Frequently asked questions
What is CJC-1295 no DAC?
CJC-1295 no DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29) or mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four amino acid substitutions make it more resistant to enzymatic breakdown than native GRF(1-29). It is studied in vitro in research on the GHRH receptor.
Is CJC-1295 no DAC the same as mod GRF 1-29?
Yes. CJC-1295 no DAC and modified GRF (1-29) are two names for the same 29-amino-acid peptide.
What is the difference between CJC-1295 no DAC and with DAC?
Both share the same modified GHRH(1-29) core. The DAC version adds a C-terminal lysine with a maleimidopropionic acid (MPA) group that binds albumin and gives a much longer half-life. The no DAC version has no albumin-binding group and a short half-life. See CJC-1295 with DAC.
Is CJC-1295 no DAC a GHRH peptide?
Yes. It is a GHRH analogue and acts on the GHRH receptor. This is a different receptor from the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) targeted by GHRPs such as ipamorelin, so the two classes are often studied side by side.
What is the CJC-1295 no DAC sequence?
The sequence is Tyr-D-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Gln-Ser-Tyr-Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Ala-Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Leu-Ser-Arg-NH2. Compared with native GRF(1-29), it has four substitutions: D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15 and Leu27. Its molecular formula is C152H252N44O42, with a molecular weight of about 3367.9 g/mol.
What purity is your CJC-1295 no DAC?
Every batch is purity tested by Janoshik, an independent laboratory, using HPLC before it is released for sale.
How should CJC-1295 no DAC be stored?
Store the lyophilised powder sealed at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening. Stability in solution should be validated within your own laboratory protocol.
Do you ship CJC-1295 no DAC from the UK?
Yes. Orders placed before 3PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you provide dosing or usage advice?
No. CJC-1295 no DAC is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. We do not provide dosage, administration or medical advice of any kind.
