AOD-9604 research peptide
AOD-9604 is a synthetic peptide of 16 amino acids based on the C-terminal region of human growth hormone (hGH 177-191), with an additional tyrosine residue at the N-terminus. Two cysteine residues form an internal disulfide bridge. It is studied in vitro as a fragment that retains part of the growth hormone sequence without the full 191-amino-acid protein, mainly in research on lipid metabolism in adipose tissue models.
